19-year-old sharpshooter Rabi Singh alias Akshya Ram of Muzaffarpur, Bihar was made public at District Police Office, Parsa amid a press meet today. He was arrested with two sets of small arms and 10 rounds of bullet used on Sunday's firing.An unidentified armed group shot at local businessman Mahesh Kadmiya, an owner of Kishanlal Mahesh Kumar cloth shop located at Mahabir alley in Birgunj at around 6:50 in the evening. Kadmiya sustained thigh injuries.
Police said that one of the shooter was taken under control by the locals while he was fleeing the scene.
