The leaders also informed Chairman Regmi on the decisions made by the High Level Political Committee (HLPC) meeting held on Tuesday on the occasion.
UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Dahal, Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala, senior leader of CPN-UML Madhav Kumar Nepal and Madhesi Janadhikar Forum leader Rameshwor Ray Yadav were present in the meeting.
An HLPC meeting held at its secretariat in New Baneshwor had decided to ask the government to expedite the process for amending the Interim Constitution to accommodate the agreements reached earlier with the Federal Democratic Front and the Federal Socialist Party.
