NEPALGUNJ, Dec 17: Life continued to be affected on the second consecutive day on Saturday in the mid-western region due to a banda (general shutdown) called by local people to protest the constitution amendment proposal registered in Parliament.
Vehicles on long and short routes did not ply while educational institutions, industries and the market remained shut.
The banda enforcers attacked two tractors in Kohalpur in Banke and vandalized a shop at Pushpalal Chowk, said police. RSS
