The banda has affected normal life in Dadeldhura, Baitadi, Darchula, Doti, Achham, Bajura and Bajhang districts. [break]
Buses operating on long and short distance routes in these districts are not plying thereby causing inconvenience to passengers. The banda enforcers have ordered shops, market, education institutions, factories and businesses closed since the morning.
The CPN-Maoist called today´s banda demanding the scrapping of the agreement signed by the four major parties on March 14, forming an all-party government by dissolving the present government and calling for a round-table conference.
