The interim order stated that the government’s decision to close all of its outlets had brought loss to the company and affected livelihood of those employed.
The eatery was locked down after Chetnath Bhandari, the restaurant's owner was dragged into the 33 kg gold smuggling. A special investigation committee formed by the Ministry of Home Affairs had then locked the restaurant outlets.
