It has been learnt that the Maoist Vice-Chairman Mohan Baidya´s faction has boycotted the meeting demanding to dissolve the four-point deal forged between Maoist party and the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF).
They have also demanded resignation of the defense Minister Sarat Singh Bhandari.
The leaders close to Baidya have also been objecting the party decision to hand over the keys of arms containers to the Special Committee.
