The committee was formed by the Triphala National Library Mechinagar.[break]
The prize carries a purse of Rs.30, 000. For the award, a revolving fund of Rs. 500,000 was set up with the support from social worker Chhatra Bahadur Basnet last year.
The award will be conferred on Kainla during a weeklong celebration to be organised from September 8 to 14 to mark the 154th birth anniversary of national luminary and youth poet Moti Ram Bhatta, according library’s Chairman Prem Prakash Phalahari.
