A division bench of judges led by the court’s chief Basudev Acharya and judge Prem Kumar Rai on November 30 decided to reinstate Thakur to the post. Following the removal from the post, Thakur had moved the court, seeking her reinstatement. The court verdict came four years after the registration of the writ petition.
