KATHMANDU, Sept 13: Interviews are a common platform to judge a candidate. It is tough to really know the future performance of a candidate just from a single interview. But organizations have no better alternatives to interviews.
We witness business graduates who are spending a good amount of their post college time in job searching. It seems that since their early college days, they have already programmed themselves regarding which industry they would want to work in.
Many working professionals must have envied the recent 25% hike in salary of government staffs. However, it is the time of the year when private sector employees go through tedious performance appraisal, which will soon result in the increment of their salaries.
