According to a company statement, the newly launched product called Apex Tile Guard was introduced in the market after thorough research and testing. [break]
“The product is made using imported raw materials and is designed for clay tiles and bricks,” says the statement. “It can withstand all abuses of the nature like ultraviolet rays, rain and dust, which result in quick shade fading and algal growth, among others.”
The company claims that Apex Tile Guard is the only clay tile and brick coating available in Nepali market, which has the ability to protect tiles and bricks from harsh weather conditions. “This is one of the most innovative products in the market,” the statement quotes Budhaditya Mukherjee, the country director of Asian Paints Nepal, as saying.
Mukherjee says the product has unique features like sunscreen protection, ´Lotus Leaf´ effect for better water repellency, excellent anti-algal property and very good sheen. The paint is available in different color shades.
The product is from Asian Paint´s next generation paint product basket, adds the statement.
