KATHMANDU, July 26: Senior leader of the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) Ramchandra Paudel has said that he will do social work as long as he lives. While meeting with party workers today in Kulunga, Byas Municipality-14, he mentioned that he will show his work in the upcoming days.
"As long as I live, I will work in the social sector," Paudel said. He said that he has taken a special initiative to build a road connecting Kesavtar from Chirkan of Byas Municipality-12 through Kulud of Byas-14. Paudel emphasized that Kulung, Chhabdi and Bandipur should be connected to make them tourist destinations.
Ill-timed Europe visit of President
He said that it is necessary to emphasize on the protection and development of the historical and religious areas of the district for tourism promotion. Poudel mentioned that the construction works that were stopped in the past will be continued. He was accompanied by Dobate BK, Minister for Internal Affairs of Gandaki Province.
