KATHMANDU, June 24: The temporary communal shelters constructed by the Nepalese Army have been started handing over to local government bodies from today.
The NA had constructed temporary communal shelters for 468 earthquake victim families of 36 different places of Gorkha, Dhading, Nuwakot, Rasuwa, Sindhupalchowk, Dolakha, Ramechhap, Sindhuli, Makawanpur and Okhaldhunga.
According to the Directorate of Public Relations of the Nepalese Army, shelters constructed at all places except five in Dhading, two in Okhaldhunga and one in Kavrepalanchowk have been started handing over to local bodies.
A total of Rs.188.816 million was allocated for the same. RSS
