Organizing a press meet in its headquarters on Thursday, APF informed that the tournament will feature seven different categories, including men's and women's singles and doubles, mixed doubles, singles and doubles for retired officials from Nepal Army, APF and Nepal Police and officers from civil servants.
The winners and runners-up in singles in men's and women's will carry a purse of Rs 60,000 and Rs 30,000 respectively, while in doubles section winners will get Rs 40,000 and runners-up will receive Rs 20,000.
Likewise, there are seven different sections for veterans, including singles and doubles for (35-year and above), (45-year and above), (55-year and above) and doubles for (65-year and above).

The tournament will be played at All Nepal Lawn Tennis Association (ANLTA), Satdobato and APF's headquarter in Halchowk based on the rules of ITF and ANLTA.
Additional Inspector General of Armed Police Force (APF) said that the tournament will cost around Rs 1.5 million.
“We will bear the cost of the tournament from internal resources.However, we are holding discussions for sponsorship as well,” he informed.
