The UML’s recent statute convention in Godavari, Lalitpur, also decided that the party and its organizations would jointly resist activities that negatively impact society in the name of transformation. Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal and former in-charge Mahesh Basnet have been tasked with this responsibility.
According to Paudel, discussions were also held among the youth and student wing leaders, including Kshitiz Thebe and Sujan Kandel. Party leaders have expressed support for addressing the current problems faced by youths and students.
