Regretting the inability of the domestic IT industry to compete with those of international ones, Dhakal says “Nepali industry is growing slowly, it lacks skilled manpower.”
Dhakal says that despite thousands of IT professionals generated every year through educational institutions, most of them lack skills and new innovative thoughts, ultimately resulting in the slow pace of growth in the industry.
Dhakal believes the banking sector is one of the major sectors where IT technology can have its best effects. With this belief, F1Soft International became a pioneer to set up mobile banking and Internet banking network in Nepal. Expressing his happiness on the penetration of mobile banking and internet banking among Nepalis, Dhakal claims “We cover more than 90% of the market share at present.”

Determined to do something on his own creative front, Dhakal says that Nepal has immense potentiality in IT industry. According to Dhakal, once the industry receives trained and skilled manpower, the growth of IT industry is inevitable.
Asked about his motives ahead, Dhakal says, “My only dream is to penetrate international software markets through Nepali products and services.”
