TU to provide all educational certificates online from Jan 29

KATHMANDU, Jan 18: The Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE) under Tribhuvan University has made necessary preparations to provide all services related to distribution of educational certificates online from January 29, said Examination Controller Pushpa Raj Joshi. 

The Office would carry out activities related to educational certificates online and send it to the respective regional offices of the OCE. This is expected to help address the hassles students have to face to get their academic certificates or avail other services related to TU examination. 

Joshi shared that students can get different types of services including transcript, provisional certificate, re-totaling, copy of any educational certificate through online from January 29. They can submit a form to get the service by paying its charge from the electronic payment system. 

"We will send educational certificates of students to their respective regional offices of the OCE within a week. This will avoid student's compulsion to visit Balkhu office for the same," he added.

The educational certificates would be sent at the regional offices for the time being and it would be sent at the respective campuses from coming May where the student can get it within five days. 

Joshi explained that around 1,000-2,000 students visit the Balkhu Office every day for educational certificates.  Students can fill the online form directly through the OCE’s official website– www.tuexam.edu.np.

Apart from Balkhu in Kathmandu, TU has its regional offices in Biratnagar, Pokhara, Nepalgunj and Attariya.
