The release of the album by Shesh Raj Dali, grandfather of lead vocalist Shirish Raj Dali, was followed by a performance by the band. In addition to the eight numbers of the album, the band also jammed with popular instrumental band Kutumba in three songs from Albatross’s previous album.[break]
All songs, lyrics, music and compositions have been done by Albatross, except for the lyrics of two songs.
“Janata Ma Appeal is a poem by Bhimnidhi Tiwari,” announced band manager Nitesh Linkha Rai, who performed the song at the event. Rai is a former vocalist of Albatross.
Albatross, although formed in 1999, have had many changes in its line-up over the years. The current line-up consists of Shirish (vocals/guitars), Sunny Manandhar (guitars), Avaya Siddhi Bajracharya (bass) and Niraj Bajracharya (drums).
Released after a break of five years and nine months of hard work, the alternative rock band describes Atti Bhayo as ‘when emotions turn into frustrations’. However, they do point out that ‘it is not a political album but some of the songs do express social awareness.’

The original Albatross sound is not missing from the album, although it is different from their previous albums, says the band. That, however, is up to the listeners to decide.
The band’s previous albums are Hi:fly (2002) and Jo Jas Sanga Sambandhit Cha (2006).
