KATHMANDU, June 25: Publication nepa-laya is launching a new book on health and well-being ‘Khana Khanu Bhayo ? Hamra Bhansa Bare Bazar Ka Bhram’ (false assumption about health and nutrition). The book, jointly authored by Dr Aruna Upreti, a long-time campaigner of healthy lifestyle and Laxman Adhikari, is due for release on July 2.

The book revolves around the false assumption created in the market about healthy food and lifestyle. Both Dr Upreti and Adhikari are known for their health columns in the media. Their writings have been published in various journals from broadsheet dailies to online portals. Upreti also has some earlier books around the issue. She has translated several international works on women’s health as well.

After publishing two books on health and wellbeing by Dr Jeevan Prasain, nepa-laya is now gearing to introduce another book by Dr Aruna Upreti and Laxman Adhikari.
