Ailing leader Oli to be airlifted to India

KATHMANDU, Nov 4: CPN-UML leader KP Sharma Oli is to be taken to Medanta Hospital in New Delhi, India for further treatment on Sunday.



Leader Oli, who is being treated at Norvic Hospital in Thapathali, Kathmandu, has witnessed grdual improvement in his health, said Oli´s personal secretary Ramesh Acharya.[break]



UCPN (Maoist) Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Nepali Congress leader Sujata Koirala and Minister for Women, Children and Social Welfare Badri Prasad Neupane reached the hospital this morning and enquired about his health status.



They also wished for the speedy recovery of Oli´s health. Leader Oli was admitted to the hospital on Friday evening after complaining of respiratory complication and fever.
