Saying that anarchy was flourishing in the country, Oli added democratic exercises should be conducted in a disciplined fashion.

The UML leader, who remained at the helm of power many times, admitted the poor people were remaining back as the state resources and employment opportunities were distributed only to the party cadres.

On the occasion, Chief Executive Officer of Kalinchowk Development Bank Ashok Siwakoti, Chairman of District Saving and Credit Cooperative Organizations Radhe Shyam Suwal and others said that cooperatives should be used a weapon to alleviate poverty from the country.

The cooperative has collected Rs 24 million shares during its six years of establishment, said Cooperative´s Chairman Jagat Krishna Shrestha.

He said the two and half storey building was constructed in Rs 5.5 million. The cooperative has also brought a subsidy price shop from today.
