MORANG, Sept  22: Cadres of the agitating Madesh-centric political parties have vandalised an ambulance that was heading to receive a patient at Sarauchiya in Biratnagar on Monday evening.

Administrator at Nepal Red Cross Society Morang chapter Kamal Koirala said that the agitators vandalised the ambulance (Me 1 Cha 1679).

Driver of the ambulance said that the demonstrators hurled stones at the vehicles near Sarauchiya Chowk.

Condemning such unruly incident, administrator Koirala demanded stern action against those involved in the vandalism.

Despite the agitating groups' commitment to allow the vehicles of media, ambulance and dairy products, they have been vandalising and setting the vehicles on fire in course of demonstrations.

Earlier, the disgruntled groups had vandalised the vehicles of the National Human Rights Commission as well. RSS
