Provincial ministers are hopeful that it will be easier for them to carry out the works and programs with more number of staffers. "We have added staffers in all the ministries," said Rijal.
The day-to-day work of the ministries has been affected as many staffers appointed earlier are yet to join office. This has been the reason behind the delay in lots of programs.
"So far, we have managed the works somehow but it will be difficult to do so after the beginning of the new fiscal year as we have a number of programs to implement," said Social Development Minister Sudarshan Baral.
