KATHMANDU, Dec 16: Aatma Ram Simkhada has won the Baahrakhari Corporate Golf Tournament on Saturday.
In the one-day tournament played at the Gokarna Golf Club, Simkhada won the title with 41 stableford scores where he played 10 handicaps.
He was rewarded with the trophy, golden golf ball and a mountain flight ticket.
Bharat Bastakoti was the runner-up of the tournament with a total of 38 scores. He received a gift hamper worth Rs 40,000.
Bijay Shrestha won the title in gross category with a total of 36 gross scores. He won the trophy and a return ticket by the Himalayan Airlines.

In women’s category, Pratima Sherpa became the champion with a total score on 38.
With the title win, Sherpa was rewarded with a gift hamper worth Rs 30,000.
In junior’s category, Sam Doublard won the title with a total score of 34 and was given a ticket from the Yeti Airlines.
In senior’s category, Mahesh Bikram Karki won the title with a total score of 36. He got a gift hamper worth Rs 30,000.
Mithun Rai and Dhurba Thapa were successful to win the longest drive and closest to the pin awards respectively. Both the players won gift hampers worth Rs 20,000.
Gross category winner Shrestha won the most birdies award with five birdies. He won a gift hamper worth Rs 20,000.
A total of 100 golfers took part in the tournament organized by Baahrakhari Media Private Limited. The golfers played in ¾ handicap format.
