NC forms Mahasamiti preparatory committee

KATHMANDU, Oct 14: A central committee meeting of Nepali Congress (NC) held on Wednesday formed a Mahasamiti Preparatory Committee headed by President of Kathmandu district.



The party on Friday had decided to hold the Mahasamiti meeting on November 1-3 in Kathmandu.



A majority of members took the decision of holding the Mahasamiti meeting on time despite that party President Girija Prasad Koirala was for deferring the meeting for next year.
