KATHMANDU, July 21: The government has decided to allow the hotels and restaurants to resume their businesses and services which remained halted following the enforcement of the nationwide lockdown on March 24.
Unveiling the decisions taken by the Cabinet meeting held on Monday, government spokesperson and Minister for Information and Communication Technology Dr Yubraj Khatiwada said that those businesses will open effective from July 30. Holding feasts with large crowds, however, would not be allowed, according to Dr Khatiwada.
Businesses related to travel, trekking and mountaineering are also to resume services starting July 30
