PM Oli handed over the award worth Rs 21,000 to journalist Dhamala for his significant contribution to the welfare of people and society through courageous journalism.The award is distributed by Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ), Kaski Chapter for the journalists who have significantly contributed to strengthening democracy and rule law through journalism.
Journalist Dhamala then handed over the amount Rs 46,000 to the FNJ President Mahandra Bista for the building construction of FNJ Dhading Chapter. He made his personal contribution Rs 25,000 to the award amount to make up Rs 46,000.
