KATHMADU, April 2: The government has entrusted the Army to import COVID-19 related medical supplies.

The cabinet meeting took a decision to this effect on Wednesday, according to Nepal Army. Earlier on Wednesday, Department of Health Services under the Ministry of Health and Population had terminated a controversial contract deal with Omni Group, to import medical equipment to contain COVID-19.
