The traffic police came up with the campaign to reduce fatal motorbike accidents for not wearing safe helmet. Under the campaign that began two days ago, police have taken control 160 helmets.
According to Chitwan Traffic Police Chief Inspector Rajan Bhetwal, the campaign is in place to control he use of unsafe helmets for the security of the bike users.
Meanwhile, the traffic police on Friday took action against 180 drivers for breaching traffic rules. RSS
