Two die in separate accidents in Arghakhanchi

ARGHAKHANCHI, Feb 25: Two persons have died in two separate accidents here in the district on Tuesday. 

One died in a tractor accident at Bhumikasthan municipality-10, Dhanchaur and another breathed his last at Dharapani of Bhumikasthan-4 when a motorcycle met with an accident. 

Tractor driver Dinesh BK, 24, of Sandhikharka municipality-11, Divarna died on the spot when the vehicle he was driving could not climb uphill, overturned and fell some 200 metres off the road.

Another deceased has been identified as pillion rider Choplal Gharti, 30, of Phalamkhilji when their bike (Lu 56 Pa 9019) met with an accident. Gharti breathed his last while he was being rushed to Sandhikharka for treatment.

Bike rider Nabin Ale and a local Laxmi Sunar have sustained injuries in the accident and have been undergoing treatment in Sandhikharka, according to Inspector Prakash Khatri.
