Jha’s lawyer Mithilesh Kumar Singh filed the petition.
SC however refused to register the review petition on the order to take the oath in Nepali within seven days. The order was issued last Sunday.
The petitioner has asked the SC for a ‘serious review’ over the verdict given by the joint bench of Chief Justice Min Bahadur Rayamajhee and Balram KC a month ago.
