KATHMANDU, Jan 27: A total of 75 projects being constructed in Nepal with Indian assistance will be inaugurated this year.
According to the Embassy of India in Nepal, 75 development projects implemented in the provinces and districts are planned to be inaugurated this year under the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' launched by the Indian government to celebrate the 75th anniversary of India's independence.

This information was given at a program organized at the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu on Wednesday on the occasion of the 75th Independence Day of India. According to the embassy, this is being done to make ‘India at 75’ a cornerstone in Nepal as well.
India has stated that it will organize various programs throughout the year and till August 2023 under the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav'. On the occasion of the 75th Independence Day of India, Indian Ambassador to Nepal Vinay Mohan Kwatra hoisted the National Flag of India.
The embassy will also provide 75 ambulances and school buses as gifts to various organizations and local bodies across the country.
