The relatives of the patient turned violent and vandalized the emergency ward of the hospital. The District Public Health Office adjoining hospital was also vandalized.[break]
My two-year-old grandson was brought to the hospital for treatment after being drowned at the Bhaluwai river. But no doctors came to his rescue for half an hour, said the boy´s grandfather Sagir Sheikh.
Meanwhile, police have arrested Sheikh and other relatives for vandalism. They are under custody at the District Police Office, Saptari.
