Speaking at the program, leader Oli termed the recent incident at Dhulikhel where cadres of CPN-Maoist torched a bus with passengers inside as a terrorist act.
"The incident of torching the bus with passengers inside was a part of conspiracy against Constituent Assembly (CA) election," Oli remarked.
