At a meeting with the Chinese vice-premier Ma Kai in Kūnmíng, China on Thursday, Jha sought Chinese support in helping Nepal take benefit from the advancement its northern neighbor.
Jha, in China to participate in the China-South Asia Expo being organized in Kūnmíng, the capital and largest city of Yunnan province, discussed bi-lateral cooperation in trade, agriculture and tourism with Ma. [break]
According to the Chinese news agency Xinhua, Ma expressed desire to strengthen the bi-lateral ties with Nepal during the meeting with Jha.
The expo on Common Message, Practical Cooperation, Positive Result and Friendly Development for All kicked off on Thursday. Nepal has around 75 stalls on display at the fair.
