KATHMANDU, March 6: Nepal crashed out of the AFC Challenge Cup playing a goalless draw against Palestine in the Group D qualifiers at Dasharath Stadium on Wednesday evening.
Despite dominating the match, Nepali players failed to score. Meanwhile, Palestine proceeded to second round of the cup after playing the draw against Nepal.[break]
Power glitch delays match
The match was delayed for nearly half an hour from the scheduled time owing to light problems.
The technicians had hard time to fix the floodlights problems. Audience expressed their displeasure by flashing their mobile lights.

Bangladesh routed Northern Mariana Islands by 4-0 in the match held under the AFC Challenge Cup qualifiers at Dasarath Stadium on Wednesday.
Bangladeshi striker Mohammad scored two goals while Roney and M B Lincoln added one each goal for their team.
Currently, the game between Nepal and Palestine is underway.
