He pointed out the need to formulate a work plan to bring the differently able people to the mainstream of the society.
On the occasion, Chairperson of the organizing body Tulasha KC said her organization was working to ensure social, economic, and educational and employment rights to the physically challenged persons.The differently able people were provided wheelchairs on the occasion.
