KATHMANDU, May 8: Coronavirus infection has been confirmed among 57 people in the last 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), out of 1931 individuals who tested for the virus, Covid-19 was confirmed in 41 people through PCR test out of 716 people and 16 people out of 1215 tested positive in antigen test.
In the last 24 hours, there have been no deaths due to coronavirus infection and 27 people have recovered. Currently, the number of active Covid-19 infected people in the country is 147.
