The oath-taking ceremony has been rescheduled to take place at 4 p.m. for ministers, and 5 p.m. for state ministers, according to a highly-placed source at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers which is coordinating the ceremony with the Office of the President. [break]
“We have to reschedule the oath-taking ceremony as the cabinet expansion did not happen before the initial oath-taking ceremony,” said the official.
The prime minister will administer an oath to new ministers in the presence of the president at the President´s office, while the oath ceremony of state ministers will take place at the State Hall of the National Planning Commission.
The source said the new oath-taking ceremony will be changed if the prime minister does not appoint new ministers before 4 p.m.
