Talking to media persons at a press conference organized by the Madhesi Journalists Society, Saptari Chapter on Thursday, he said it is appropriate to form an election government under fringe parties´ or independent leadership as the major parties have failed.[break]
He said, "Firstly the major parties fear to face the election and want CA reinstatement. Secondly, they are talking of going to the election on the strength of state power." He stressed for going to fresh elections refuting the reinstatement of Constituent Assembly.
Bhandari said the President should protect the nation from a great mishap from his status as guardian as per the constitution.
