According to Executive Director of the NEA, Astaratna Shakya, the NEA has decided to reduce load shedding hours from October 21 to 29 in view of the Dashain festival.[break]
There will be 18 hours load shedding in a week during the period. Now there is 48 hours of power cut in a week.
The decision of the NEA will give some relief to customers, it is learnt.
There will be two hours load shedding for five days and four hours on two days during the period.
