500 households affected after ropeway breaks down

DAMAULI, Aug 7: Lives of around 500 households of two VDCs of Tanahun have been affected after the ropeway over the Seti River broke down.



Locals of ward 3,6 and 7 of Dhorfirdi VDC and Raipur have been facing trouble to buy daily essential goods after the ropeway got dismantled.



Local people coming to Dulegaunda for the purchase of needy things have fallen in trouble when the ropeway connecting Dulegaunda and Dhorfirdi broke up Friday night.



It has also affected the study of more than 100 students of five wards of Dhorfirdi, informed Prem Thapa, a local.
