Spending time with family and staff is priority 

Oshima’s work keeps her busy and spending time with her mother and younger brother gets difficult. So whenever she gets time, she makes it a point to spend time with them.



She also thinks it’s necessary to spend time with her business partners and staff.


Loves to watch movies

She loves to watch movies whenever she is free. She doesn’t like action movies but prefers watching movies on real life stories with inspirational ending. She prefers Nepali movies and her favorite actors are Dayahang Rai and Najir Hussain. She finds actress Reecha Sharma inspirational.

Enjoys long drives

Oshima believes that long drives are the best stress reliever anyone can have. She enjoys music while driving and getting away from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. This helps her relax.



A feminist

As a women working in Nepali film industry, Oshima says that people do not appreciate the works that people do and sometimes it’s hard to work in this competitive environment. She feels that it is her responsibility to help people with that determination and talent who want to establish themselves in this field. As a woman and an actress, she wants people to take her seriously.


Best chef in the family

She says she loves cooking and believes that she’s a good cook. She prefers experimenting with food and making new dishes and her friends and family never complain on it. She makes great biryani and also watches YouTube tutorials to get help for cooking. Her mother taught her to cook and Oshima has always enjoyed sitting beside her when she prepares food. One of favorite hobbies is to cook Nepali-Muslim food.
