The officials have also demanded that the DDC resume the program without any delay. [break]
The officials padlocked the DDC office stating that the program was phased in three districts of Karnali zone out without informing them. The program was run in 11 districts across the country.
The officials are in warpath for a week over the same issue.
Similarly, the service recipients in the DDC have been affected after the padlock in the office.
