47 families displaced by landslide in Bhojpur

DHANKUTA, Sept 22: Forty-seven families of Khatamma and Chauki Danda Village Development Committees (VDC) in Bhojpur have been displaced due to landslides.



According to the police, 34 of the displaced families are from Khatamma and the rest from Chauki Danda. Of the displaced families, 188 persons are currently being sheltered in Panchakanya Primary School, said inspector Mohan Pariyar.



Meanwhile, body of the missing Tek Bahadur Rai of Khatamma-8, Mespang, has been recovered from under the rubbles.
