431 COVID-19 patients discharged after recovery in the past 24 hours

KATHMANDU, July 11: As many as 413 COVID-19 patients were discharged from various hospitals and isolation centers after recovery in the past 24 hours.

KATHMANDU, July 11: As many as 413 COVID-19 patients were discharged from various hospitals and isolation centers after recovery in the past 24 hours.

According to Dr Jageshwar Gautam, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP),  the country's COVID-19 recovery tally has reached 8,442 with 431 cases of recovery on Saturday.


Similarly, 8,239 COVID-19 patients are undergoing treatment in various hospitals and isolation centers across the nation.


Likewise, 13 new cases of COVID-19 in Province 1, five in Province 2, 14 in Bagmati Province, 16 in Gandaki Province, 10 in Province 5, seven in Karnali Province and five in Far-Western Province were detected in the past 24 hours through Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests conducted at 25 different laboratories.


In a meantime, six districts namely Dhankuta, Bhojpur, Solukhumbu, Mustang, Manang and Humla have reported being COVID-19 free as of Saturday.
