WorldLink launches Customer Experience Center

KATHMANDU, April 24: WorldLink, a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP), has opened WorldLink Store in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur with the aim of providing ICT products and Internet service experience to customers.



“The store offers a hands-on environment where customers and the public at large can experience our Internet service and ICT products,” Pawan Shakya, senior manager of WorldLink, said launching the store on Tuesday.[break]



The store features products like laptop, smartphones, tablet PCs and IP cameras among others. It deals on products of leading brands like Samsung, Dell, Nokia and Apple among others.



“The store has been launched as per the concept of ´try before you buy´, as it provides the environment to fully try out a product before purchasing it,” Shakya said, adding: “Customer can also experience the Internet we provide before becoming our customer,” added Shakya.



As part of its opening offer, the store is providing discount up to Rs 5,000 on laptops and mobile sets. Similarly, it is offering 10 percent discount on all other items at the store.



Furthermore, customers buying laptops at the store will also receive cash discount voucher worth Rs 500 for Internet services. It plans to open similar stores in all the major cities in near future.



WorldLink is the largest ISP in the country with more than 20,000 customers. It offers services like Wireless, cable and dial-up internet.
