KATHMANDU, May 15: CPN-UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has advised CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal not to be in a dilemma on the party unification.
In a meeting held at the Tulsi Lal Memorial Foundation based in Chyasal, Lalitpur on Tuesday, Nepal said to Dahal, "Don't get confused with the issues of the party unification, express grievances clearly and sort out the disputed issues through dialogues.”
“Discussions were held on accelerating the merger process between the two parties by summoning a meeting of the unification coordination committee as soon as possible,” Nepal's personal aide Mohan Gautam told Repoublica Online.
The meeting also reviewed preparations made so far regarding the mass meetings scheduled to be held in Kathmandu on coming May 30-31 on the occasion of the bicentenary of Karl Marx's birthday.
