PM Bhattarai will grace the Global Summit on Changing Bihar: Forging Partnership for Development as the chief guest on February 18, according to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).[break]
Indian Embassy in Kathmandu on Tuesday had extended the invitation by Nitish Kumar, the chief minister for Bihar state of India, to PMO.
PM Bhattarai will address the three-day summit on February 18 during the inauguration.
The summit is organized jointly by Bihar Foundation, Institute of Human Development and Asian Development Research Institute.
The summit is a follow-up to the Global Meet for a Resurgent Bihar organized in 2007.
