KATHMANDU, Dec 25: Minister for Peace and Reconstruction Janardan Sharma reached Janakpur Thursday to hold talks with Madhesi underground outfits. Sharma, who also leads the government negotiating team, is scheduled to hold formal talks with the Samyukta Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha (´Pawan´ group) on Friday.
Though the talks had been scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, it couldn´t happen due to practical difficulties.
In Janakpur, Sharma is also holding informal talks with other Madhesi outfits.
