JHAPA, Mar 30: Two leaders of Netra Bahadur Chand (Biplav)-led CPN-Maoist were arrested for their involvement in torching Ncell tower at Buddhashanti rural municipality on Thursday. 

They are Mechi Zone Bureau member, Deepak Lakandri, 58, and Buddhashanti Secretary, Deepak Kurumbang, said Assistant Sub-Inspector at Area Police Office, Buddhashanti, Padam Sundar Limbu. 

A generator, wires and other equipments of Ncell tower were damaged in the incident. Both of them have been sent to Area Police Office, Dhulabari, for further investigation, said police. RSS
